Warranty Info

  1. The warranty period for the entire board is 12 months.
  2. The warranty period for electrical components is 6 months, including: battery, motor, controller, and remote control.
  3. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt.
  4. If you require warranty service, please send an email to services@ridepropel.com with the following information.
  • Order number or the email you used when purchasing
  • Vehicle identification number
  • Fault description with as much detail as you can share
  • Pictures and videos can assist our engineers in analyzing the problem.

The following issues are not covered by the warranty.

  1. Consumable parts, such as inner and outer tires, bearings, belts, griptape, belt guards, and rubber sleeves etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  2. Damage to the circuit board caused by repairs, modifications, or testing not directed by Propel EV.
  3. Damage to the board caused by improper use, such as collision.
  4. Damage due to water ingress.
  5. Damage caused by storage inan improper environment, such as a humid, corrosive environment, etc.
  6. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or other causes other than defects in materials and workmanship.
  7. Board stolen.
  8. The warning label is damaged or missing.

Order cancellation:

The order can only be cancelled if the board has not been shipped. In the case that Propel EV promises a delivery date in advance, a cancellation fee of 6% of the total transaction amount will be charged.

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Returns are only available to customers in the United States and EU member states.
  2. You can return the board by sending a request to mkt@ridepropel.com within 7 days of receiving the board.
  3. We will not process returns & refunds for the following situations.
  • After 7 days from the date of receipt of the board.
  • Unable to provide valid purchase proof, such as order number, email, etc.
  • The board has been unboxed.
  • The board has been ridden and shows signs of use.
  • The region is not in the United States or the European Union.
  • Change of mind.
  • Parts have been shipped and in transit
  1. Return requires you to provide the following information
  • Order number or the email you used when placing the order
  • Return Product Name & Quantity
  • Return Reason
  • Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging
  1. After receiving the return confirmation, you will receive the refund within 1-2 weeks. Please note that the refund arrival time is also affected by factors such as your bank and international transfer.
  2. The return shipping cost is borne by customers.
  3. Shipping costs and taxes (if any) will not be refunded, and a 6% handling fee of the total transaction amount will be charged.
