Peripheral goods refer to PROPEL EV branded clothing items, parts, etc,

We highly recommend you purchase the parts after you receive the board. Once the parts are shipped out, the parts fee and shipping fee can’t be canceled or refunded.

If your order is not shipped out before you contact us, for these cancellations or returns, PROPEL EV will provide you with a refund of the paid amount, minus the shipping fee that we paid to the carrier and the extra 6% payment processing fees applied by our service providers.

E-Skateboard Cancellation & Return

Order Cancellation:

– Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, you may request the cancellation of an order if the board is not shipped out. The refund will be provided minus a 6% processing fee applied by our service providers.

– If you wish to cancel the order once you have received the E-Skateboard or as the E-Skateboard is on its way to you, you must first return the E-Skateboard to us and the packaging is not punched. Please kindly notice that the shipping fee won’t be refunded and you are responsible for bearing all the return shipping costs for cancellations. The refund will be provided minus a 6% processing fee applied by our service providers.

For example, if you paid $1000 for the boards and $150 for the shipping, the shipping fee won’t be refunded. The final refund amount will be $940($1000-$1000*0.06)

– For pre-orders, delivery dates are estimated and there may be unforeseen delays. Before shipping, you are welcome to cancel your pre-order and there’ll be a full refund.

If the E-Skateboard is returned in a used or damaged state, we reserve the right to offer a proportional refund at our discretion.

E-Skateboard Refund & Return Policy can’t be applied under the below situation:

-The product must be under unused condition, in its original packaging with the original packing slip, which won’t affect secondary sales.

-It’s been over 7 calendar days since the board is received.

E-Skateboard Return:

– If the board encounters technical issues, we will gladly address it with you as per our warranty conditions. We will not accept returns unless reasonable endeavors have been first made to resolve the issue first.

– Should you wish to return the board, you agree to bear the cost of return shipping charges and you are responsible for the original shipping charges(the original shipping fee of the ENDEAVOR series in the EU, AU and USA is US$150 and the original shipping fee of the X4S series in the EU, AU and USA is US$300), which means the shipping fee you need to cover is equal to “the original shipping fee$150/$300” plus “the return shipping fee”.

-The returned product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging with the original packing slip. A 20%+ restocking fee will be charged on all cash value returns and refunds dependent upon our discretion.

– If you refuse to sign the order or the returned goods are damaged, we will deduct the corresponding fees according to the actual loss, and the freight will be borne by you. If the board has been used, we reserve the right to deduct amounts for wear and tear, and/or for broken parts on the board.

To return or exchange a product, please email us at [email protected]. You’ll need to mention the below info in your email: Order Number; Return Reason; The Products’ Related Images or Videos to show the board is in the unused condition and in its original package.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind”.

Returns and Refunds can take up to 3-15 working days but typically are resolved much sooner. Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 1-10 business days.
