Too Good to be True? – Electric Skateboard HQ
Best Off-Road Electric Skateboard? | Propel Endeavor S vs Endeavor2 S Review – TECH UP!
Urban Independent Suspension Shock Absorption
Our patented urban independent suspension design (UIS) is our pride and joy. UIS not only delivers an incredibly comfortable ride but by giving each wheel its suspension system it allows the wheels to remain in contact with the surface at all times in ways a standard skateboard truck can’t. Road cracks, sticks, and rocks, all disappear underfoot. A padded grip is no match for what UIS does for stability and comfort. Enjoy the ride. Stay out longer. Enjoy greater stability. Your feet will thank you.
Two-Color Mirror Precision Alloy BRAVURA Wheel
Endeavor2 also features our brand new Movado wheels from our new high-performance Bravura wheel line. The plastic from Endeavor 1 is gone and replaced entirely by aero-grade alloy. These aren’t only the best-looking stock wheels in ESK8. They’re also the best performing.
Fast Swap Bushings
One of the areas we were most proud of with Endeavor1 was how many riders shared with us that they accomplished their personal best speed records on the board. The wide stance and firm bushing setup gave them the confidence to test their limits and experience new thrills. However, we also observed a desire for more carving options. We’ve done that and with Endeavor2 changing bushings has never been easier. Unlike Endeavor1, the Endeavor2 bushing swap process can be completed in under a minute. With Endeavor2 you can fine-tune the ride to whatever you prefer.
Maple Composite Deck
Due to the finishing process that brings out the unique wood grain characteristics in each unique maple S deck some variance in wood-grain aesthetics should be expected. Yours will be one of a kind! Like you and the trees themselves!

I've had this board for just under a year. I bought it to take my dog for long and fast runs. We started out at 6-8 mph and are up to 12-21 mph for 2-6 miles nonstop.
We are up to 548 miles and this board has not let me down once. We ride on pavement, grass, dirt, and gravel trails. I've yet to have a root, speed bump, manhole cover, pinecone, or rock trip me up. What's more, I've had to do absolutely NO maintenance thus far, except for the occasional wipe down. The belts are tight. The suspension is spot on. And the tires have not needed to be inflated once (I do check these things). The tire tread is still in more than decent condition. I expect to get many more miles out of this before I need to do anything of substance.
The only minor issues I've had is: 1) the wrist band for the remote broke after 200 miles, and, 2) a tiny piece of the grip tape is lifting up after 500 miles. All of these things can be chalked up to wear and tear.
Long story short, I couldn't be happier with the board. If you are thinking about buying a Propel board, don't hesitate. That's who I will be buying from when I finally need to update my ride.
The only problems I've had are probably the maintenance. I don't recall hitting any pebbles or rocks or nails and I can't notice any damage to the tires from the outside, but there's a potential leak and I've been trying to fix it for the past few weeks, taking a few hours out of a week to take a look and testing out if the valve cores are the issue, but likely it's a hole in the tubes. I've only used the skateboard for two weeks and for it to already have a flat tire is a bit problematic. I'm buying some tubes now and hope I can fix the issue soon.
It's good for me since I live off campus and I need a way to travel the few miles to campus and the 1 mile between buildings, but the weight is a bit of an issue for those that might have trouble carrying 45 lbs + torque, especially on one hand (if you're opening doors). I don't really mind though since electric skateboards have always been a bit heavy.
I'm just hoping that the tires don't go flat on me again since I had an accident that took around 3 weeks to heal. (It didn't really make sense how since it was a paved road in an apartment complex with no potholes or hard/sharp objects lying around, three of my wheels are flat and leak)
To be clear, my goal with this thing is not top speed. I use the medium setting and go 6-10mph, which is how fast my dog wants to walk. That being said, there are 2 higher ranges, so this thing will fly.
The controller is straight forward. I love that it gives battery levels for both the board and controller, the distance you travel after turning on the board (this resets once you power off), and an odometer that gives you total miles you've ridden the board. I particularly like the cruise control.
The battery lasts forever, especially at the speed I'm using it. I can use it for almost a week before charging.
The only minor issue I have is that the controller is a little touchy and the speed is in increments, meaning that as you increase your speed there is a little jump between those increments. It is minor and, if you're paying attention, it's not a big problem. I know this is the last expensive board in the lineup (really a deal for what it is). The more expensive boards have a different speed controller, which I suspect has remedied this issue.
This board has a wider stance than most skateboards, so I was a little leery about how well I could carve. It does remarkably well except for really tight corners, and most of the time I just cut the corner short and ride across the grass!
All in all, this is an exceptional board and an excellent purchase. If you want a super comfortable ride that won't make you face plant when you drive over a manhole cover, this is the board for you.
I've been riding it for about 3 weeks now. Battery lasts a long time - very impressive. The belts seem to be pretty sturdy. The tires have good tread on them and seem to be holding air just fine. I might throw some berrymans tire sealer in them so it autofixes any punctures I might get while riding. The board is HEAVY. The heavy duty steal they use for the battery compartment and trucks/suspension is very sturdy, but it makes the board feel like a truck. Everything is built tough on the board. Regenerative breaking is pretty cool. If you're going down a hill and break often you can actually watch the battery meter go up. The shocks are amazing. I tightened mine up quite a bit. You can spring jump off this board as if it were a trampoline. Remote works perfect, though you'll want to read up on the operation before trying it, as it isn't intuitive.
Biggest problems I've seen:
1. Small gaps around the belts excel at grabbing and holding onto grass, leaves and brush. Clogs are very common. The small gearwheel that the belt goes around also has a knack for grabbing grass and not letting it go. Needless to say if you're going into grass be prepared to give this thing a thorough cleaning as soon as you get out or performance will suffer.
2. Grip tape in the center of the board was peeling away within a few days of receiving the board.
3. Charge cord can plug into the board the wrong way.
4. Hills are a struggle and they put significant stress on the battery, even for a lightweight like me (165lb).
5. Wobble at about 14mph if you have adjustments too loose. You'll have to tighten things up substantially if you want to ride at higher speeds. I do mostly off-road carving, so going super fast really isn't necessary for me. I have a track motorcycle for that.
Is it worth the money? EH maybe. Probably not. But if you live in the south and can't snowboard anymore it definitely scratches that itch, so it's worth it to me. Give it a shot!
The board handles street and carving like a dream - sucks up bumps, cracks, tree roots etc. Like they weren't there. I have also been riding some gravel/ dirt roads which a conventional skateboard simply couldn't do under any circumstances. A totally different and improved experience over a conventional skateboard.
At 180 pounds I have reached a range of 25 miles on a charge with some left.
I have been so impressed with the board that I couldn't resist ordering the X4S. It is an electric off-road machine like no other.
The fit and finish, design, attention to detail, value and function of propel boards is really exceptional. To top it off the customer service is very responsive. I couldn't be more pleased with my boards.
