Q: When can I get the tracking number?
BOARDS TRACKING NUMBER
If your board gets shipped from our warehouse, the tracking number will be sent via the system within 3 working days. Please pay attention to your spam box too.
If your board gets shipped from China, the tracking number won’t be updated until the customs clearance is done in the destination country. Please pay attention to your spam box too
GENERAL PARTS
Once your order is captured, the tracking number will be sent within 3 working days. Please pay attention to your spam box too. And then the delivery takes 3-10 working days, which means that the whole process takes 5-13 working days.
ELECTRIFIED OR MAGNETIZED PARTS
When there’re ELECTRIFIED OR MAGNETIZED PARTS( such as remotes, motors, and lights) included in your order, the tracking number will be sent within 7 working days. Please pay attention to your spam box too. And then the delivery takes 3-10 working days, which means that the whole process takes 7-13 working days
BATTERY
Once your order is captured, the tracking number will be sent within 5 working days. Please pay attention to your spam box too. And then the delivery takes 18-23 working days, which means that the whole process takes 20-25 working days. Please kindly notice that the tracking number won’t be updated until customs clearance is done in the destination country.

Q: Can I cancel or change the parts list I ordered?
We’re sorry that once your order gets shipped, it can’t be canceled or changed.
Q: Why is board shipping expensive?
The company recoups costs associated with the initial transport. The warehouse storage setup simply allows for faster delivery. Other companies with more basic boards using basic esk8 tech from 5 years ago have better margins and can bake in more logistics costs into their simplified builds but PropelEV’s boards are more sophisticated and cost more to create.
Q: Can I go to the warehouse to pick it up directly?
Due to the different policies of different warehouses, only the board in the EU warehouse can be picked up locally. Please kindly notice that only the EU land shipping fee can be saved. The shipping fee from CN to the EU still needs to be charged. If you prefer picking the board up by yourself, please contact mkt@ridepropel.com
