The 2 defining differences in our drives are they are oil-lubricated, not grease. When gears spin in a box, grease gets thrown off the gear and accumulates on the housing but the housing isn’t where the lubrication is needed. We use a very thin, sewing machine-type oil that the gears are continually submerged in. This results in better lubrication and heat dissipation, the 2 big factors for high-speed gear drives.
The second factor is the CrMnTi METAL GEARS and CNC’d aluminum housing, No plastic parts!

Oil lubrication is more used in high-speed GearDrive than grease lubrication because of better lubrication. Endeavor GearDrive can fully lubricate all parts with little oil through special cavity design. It can not only give full play to the advantages of oil lubrication, but also reduce the energy loss caused by oil resistance.
